Babies are not yet available but they are posted with pricing so that waitlist applicants may see their possible selections and know the cost in advance.

Usually posted a week before first selections begin. 

This means that waitlist selections have begun. Babies are not yet available to the public until all waitlist adopters have chosen. 

Babies are now available for anyone in the public to adopt, as long as they have an approved adoption form filled out. 

This means that a rat has been selected. Waitlist and any applicant (once adoptions are public) have 3 days to pay their $15 non-refundable deposit to hold their selections. 

This means that the adopter has paid their $15 non-refundable fee. They have until the day prior to pickup to pay their remaining total..

Once the balance has been paid in full, your rat will be removed from the available page.
